The Schiavi HFB 220/40 is an Italian-built synchronized hydraulic press brake, manufactured by Schiavi under Amada license, and conforms to CE regulations.

With 220 tons of nominal force over 4150 mm of useful bending length, this machine is suitable for medium-heavy carpentry, the production of large profiles, and the bending of steel sheets up to high thicknesses.

The Amada-Promecam Operateur numerical control manages 6 axes (Y1-Y2-X1-X2-Z1-Z2) via the 700 HF Amada back gauge — a configuration that allows the management of independent stops along the entire length of the beam, ideal for the production of parts with asymmetric geometries and multiple setups. Automatic crowning compensates for table deflection, ensuring a constant bending angle over the entire length. Multi-beam photocells ensure operator safety in all working conditions.

The patented HFB composite lower table system automatically corrects structural deformations during bending, maintaining uniform punch penetration and ensuring constant bending quality even on large formats and high thicknesses. Schiavi Promecam tools guarantee interchangeability and precision in tool changes.
